The Bundaberg property market continued to demonstrate steady performance over the November 2025 quarter, according to insights from Chief of Research and Economics, Dr Nicola Powell. Over the past three months, the median sale price for houses reached $657,000 with an average asking rent of $600 per week, while units recorded a median price of $474,000 and were achieving rents of $470 per week. Interest from outside the region remains strong, with 58.9% of sales enquiries and 28.6% of rental enquiries originating from non-local buyers and renters. Discounting levels sat at 6.3% for houses and 3.7% for units, reflecting moderate negotiation in the current climate. Properties also moved at a measured pace, with houses averaging 71.8 days on market and units selling more quickly at an average of 50.8 days.
